When I was about eight years old, I was diagnosed with Costochondritis.

Costochondritis (kos-toe-kon-DRY-tis) -
is an inflammation of the cartilage that connects a rib to the breastbone (sternum). Pain caused by costochondritis might mimic that of a heart attack or other heart conditions.

This disorder makes it very difficult for my lungs to expand to their fullest at times. Thus, making it very difficult for me to do anything physical, and there was even a point where I couldn't sing. Sometimes I have to remind myself of this testimony because it really opens my eyes to know that even with this diagnosis, I am still able to sing, still able to teach, and still able to give God glory! So, I've purposed in my heart that every time I get the opportunity to sing regardless of the conditions within or surrounding me, I am going to give God my ALL with NO regrets!!!
