Ok I have a pinched nerve I think and I can't turn my head over my left shoulder or tilt my head either side, I can feel it all lumpy in between my left shoulder blade - I'm also at work (hairdresser) and in much pain. What can I do til the day is over? off the shoulder formal prom selections
